It’s been a week since Firefox 3.5 was released… and still no Gears extention update from Google! Despite the fact that I find this annoying, I find it also amazing that people are taking the time to hack around this inconvienence. Check out the article over at Lifehacker on how to get the current Gears build to work in FX3.5…

Dammit, Google… why is gears not compatible with Firefox 3.5? I gotta say, that’s really annoying, especially because the FF beta has been out for quite a while now. Please fix ASAP!
Also, while I’m begging Google for software updates, can we please get a Chrome release for Linux and OS X? I like chrome quite a bit, but I don’t like being stuck in Windows to use it.
Ok, I’m done complaining… for now!
