I had the best muffin ever this morning. I stopped at Russell’s Deli for a cup of coffee and noticed that he had pistachio muffins on the counter.
In case you didn’t know, I really like pistachios.
I bought one. And loved it.

Ha never mind!!! I just used my eyes and hoocked on fonicks training and saw that you had written Ballston Spa…I’m not making the trip out there for a damn muffin. :)

If you’re lucky, I’ll stop there on my way to work again tomorrow morning and get a few. I’ll even try to keep my “pig tit” thumbs off of them until you arrive :)

Oh you don’t have to do that…I really need to stay away from high calorie foods anyway. You’ll see…I’m a pregnant cow! You must have been clutching that muffin pretty tightly cause you’re little thumb was pinker than a momma pig’s tit!!!

And it’s too late… i picked up one pistachio and two lemon-poppyseed muffins this morning. It’ll be stale by tomorrow night, but it’s yours should you want it.

Thanks for the muffin Tommy!!! I must agree it was damn good…I’m thinking probably the best ever especially considering it was a 3 day old muffin and it was still really really rreaaaaaaaally good! :) No one makes pistachio muffins anywhere I’ve seen. Man I need a life if this is making me so excited…
